Despite such difficult times, where you can pick your own carvery components but you’re not allowed to carry the plate back to your seat, the staff (and our waitress especially) were constantly rushed off their feet. Despite this, they were polite, happy, and nothing was too much trouble. This was paired with one of the best roasts I have had in a long time, full of flavour and almost excessive portion size!
