I have big a huge Biggby patron for YEARS since 2005 I have been to over 30 of the locations East Lansing, 5 Greater Lansing locations, Davison, Owosso, New Hudson, Ann Arbor, Ludington. I could go on and on. Although the employees here are extremely nice it is very clear that they are not very strong at making the drinks and even worse at the menu knowledge.
