Shoutout to the Starbucks barista that helped me tonight, I wish I got her name! I always order an iced chai latte but recently ordered a hot one for my friend. Not realizing that, I accidentally ordered a hot one. When I told the barista I ordered iced, she didn’t even hesitate to make it the way I wanted, knowing that I was most likely in the wrong! Customer service at this location is terrible. Asked to sub a different drink since first drink was terrible. Older ladies speaking under their breath amongst each other about me right in front of my face. It seems like the seasoned workers need to be trained on their professionalism/ customer service skills.
