This restaurant tends to be slower when it comes to fulfilling orders. Generally, we don't mind the wait since we appreciate that the food is made fresh. However, during a recent visit on a particularly busy night, I decided to place an online order, thinking it would save time—unfortunately, I was wrong! I ended up waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes for our meal. When it finally arrived, my order was incomplete; I was missing my drink, my ice cream, and only received one token for a kid's meal dessert. I requested an extra ice cream token, but I never heard back. I would recommend only visiting this place when there's minimal wait time!
It's a decent place to dine, but the reality that many of the staff are elderly who are working there to afford their retirement home nearby really takes away from the overall atmosphere. Additionally, there's a 50/50 chance that they might forget your cheese curds.
This isn't fast food. I waited 30 minutes for a burger that wasn't even hot. I'm baffled as to why the drive-thru is so slow. The staff didn’t have any answers or excuses for the long wait—it seems to be a common issue for them. Save yourself the time and look for a better place!
As a Midwesterner, I wanted to introduce my girlfriend and her son to one of my favorite restaurants from back home. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. I was left feeling embarrassed for having touted Culver's as my favorite Midwest restaurant after this visit. It's safe to say that, after this experience, it wouldn't even make my top 20 list.
The service here is very slow when it comes to fulfilling orders. Every time I visit, I am greeted by the same individual, whom I assume is the manager since he is the only one in a black shirt. Unfortunately, this person has an attitude every time I encounter him. I do not recommend this place, and I will not be returning.
