What a shame. Forced gratuity feels like borderline theft, especially if i did not know about it. I tip based on how i feel the service and food was. Look up the definition of Gratuity and nowhere does it say you take my money without my choice. That part is MY CHOICE. I was planning to return again until i got the bill.
