To be honest. Hakataya Ramen is one of my favourite ramen places in Brisbane. However this sister Resturant on GC surfers paradise is really let me down. Be here a couple times already the soup stock which is the essence of ramen is not nearly as good as the shop back in Brisbane. It is very light and watery.
