After waiting 35 minutes (order 12:13 picked up 12:49) for my mobile order, a nice lady asks for my name because she sees me keep checking for my frap as everyone who ordered after me come and go? to find out my order was pushed a side by the new barista!! It?s ok it happens but please don?t roll your eyes and use unnecessary slur. Even with loud music I heard the cheap shot. Just saying, not appropriate at all. View all feedback.
