2 stars for friendliness and cleanliness. Unfortunately the hotel is pretty shabby. Very dark in the hallway and extremely noisy. Quite a lot of defects in the room. Booked breakfast but unfortunately no one was there. The nice saleswomen at the nearby bakery were happy to help and were already aware of the problem. Conclusion: It's fine for one night, but then book without breakfast and go straight to the bakery.
