Staff is polite and service is quick despite so many people going to and from Amherst for college or work that stop by for coffee and doughnuts. My only advice when going to this dunkin during rush hour, is be prepared to not be able to find space in the drive through line since this Dunkin is a favorite of a lot of people passing through Sunderland so the line does fill up quick sometimes View all feedback.
