What Cassie O doesn't like about Ruby Tuesday:
If given the option, I would rate it as zero stars. When we walked in, we weren't greeted by a waiter for about five minutes and then when we finally were seated, sat for another fifteen minutes with zero service before leaving. The waiter tried seating our family of four in a two person booth. With the little service we received, there was no way we were going to spend our money on overpriced food. View all feedback.
