One issue I encountered was that my pizza didn’t come with all the toppings I had requested when I ordered over the phone. The owner kindly offered me my pizza at half price for missing the onions. That's what I consider true customer satisfaction. It wasn't just about the discount; it showed she was committed to ensuring I left happy, and I did! Thank you, Demara's!
