What brittany l likes about Tea Madame Tea Shop:
I have been a long time Tea Madame customer, and the quality is just as high as when I first purchased from the shop 15 years ago! The shop is full of great blends and the aroma is to die for. After moving to Chicago, this is still my go to place for tea. Prices here are too high, the quality is blah and they just don't have the same variety as this shop. Went in expecting to chat about tea, pick up a couple tea staples, and maybe find something new but the customer service was awful. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience, rushed me, and there was no one in there so definitely not busy.
