Was Anonym at Peppercorn a mag?

I really wanted to try this place because of the reviews and location, but i had quite a few issues that I tried to get past. Dirty silverware, so i asked for plastic, which they gave, but that had hair and dust on it. The food was not hot but came out fast. I had egg shells, which was just off-putting.
