I am still giving 5 stars because i know everyone makes mistakes. I ordered off my mobile app today and had a coworker pick it up for me when she arrived with my order. I was a little upset I ordered a venti iced pumpkin spiced latte with caramel drizzle no whip cream and oatmilk.. they gave me a grande and didn't even put what i added on there to the drink... i have a dairy allergy but still drank the coffee anyway... Ok South Carolina get it together. Walked in ordered and was told 30minute wait for coffee!!!! Seriously??? Why??? Why keep taking mobile orders if you can't do it? Shut them off...focus on the people in front of you, that came in for a nice cup of Joe before hitting the road. NOBODY wants to wait 30 mins for coffee...we did, the coffee was delicious.
