ZÜfle - Sulz am Neckar

... on our trip, from the room frankfurt to zürich, we came to know the restaurant züfle, next to the pleasant overnight in the associated hotel. a very nicely dressed salad plate with grilled garnel, both qualitatiw and from the amount, a more than satisfactory pleasure. the decision to ride zanderfilet in lemon sauce proved to be perfect: the fish, best perfect, was allowed to bathe in a finely balanced lemon sauce, which could be eaten only in the baguette from both the acid and the aroma caused by reduction. the whole, accompanied by the inexpressible, elegant but relaxed staff (service and bar,) awakens the desire for repetition. an unexpected gastronomic smallness.

What User doesn't like about ZÜfle:
