The Pancake House in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and had an outstanding experience. The highlight of our visit was the incredible service provided by Jenifer. She was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Food was horrible! Eggs were overcooked, pancakes taste like they had too much water in the batter, my husband ordered banana pancakes and there was literally only one banana in it he had a veggie omelette and it was dripping wet, sausage were overcooked and tasted like old meat that had freezer burnt, the apple/grape jelly was good and the toast was good but that’s about it.
