We came here two days in a row, one for dinner and one for lunch, with 8+ people each time. The staff were friendly and did great with keeping everyone's orders straight. I would rate the overall experience higher, but seems to have a problem with keeping all the games in working order and they were dirty, especially the guitar hero, it was just nasty. The food, service and decorations are great. If you leave hungry, there's a problem. The waitress is very nice and never a long wait for your food.
