I have nothing but saying things about Ruthies! There are the hands down my FAVORITE Mexican restaurant in Houston. The service is impeccable, I am very popular with Dulce grown I am always happy to see her smile face! We'll do it in at least 3 times a month! Chimichanga is my favorite dish? The Margarita's are brilliant I always get the Mango Margarita with Chamoy AND Tadschin. As long as they're open, I'm here! View all feedback.
