This is a family run place. If you go a few times they will remember you. Service is always prompt. Ingredients are always fresh. The sauces they use are bold and flavorful. What Camille Rutherford doesn't like about Hot Bowl Mongolian Grill:
Charged me extra twice! She keeps charging me the “large bowl” price and I do not get the large bowl. The first time she charged me extra I just let it go and hoped it was a mistake. I came again and she charged me extra again! I do fill up my bowl pretty high but everyone does that. It’s the point of the restaurant to fill up your bowl with ingredients you want.
