I placed an order for lunch through the restaurant's app and went to pick it up on a rainy day. When I arrived, I found two employees standing at the door smoking. I had to politely ask one of them to move so I could enter. After grabbing my food and leaving, no one came forward to acknowledge the inconvenience.
