Bojangles - Suffolk

What jay likes about Bojangles:
Tried their chicken sandwich. Overall it was good. But the sandwich was sloppily made. The toppings immediately fell off the sandwich when I opened it. I had to put it back together to eat it. Also, while I was waiting, a customer returned to complain about their order. It happens, but how their staff responded was extremely bad. Train your employees how to take care of your customers. What Bianca B doesn't like about Bojangles:
Stopped coming here when 2 to 3 days in a row they had no chicken at all. Came back here today they finally have chicken. We ordered a 12 piece family box. Asked for gravy she gave us a 1/4 cup gravy ...so hard to ask her for anything. I asked for honey and she gave 3 pcs honey. Customer service a 2.
