Was Heino Keller at Fässle Le a mag?
Fässle is a great restaurant for special occasions or for business meals with foreign visitors. The food is mainly German speciality, which is currently in season. The atmosphere is relaxing, homely. The plates are decorated beautifully and the food is always exquisite View all feedback.
What Catrin Bühler dislikes about Fässle Le:
we do not come back, due to the positive pre-assessments and the supposedly French-cracked kitchen we chose this restaurant. ambiente in the courtyard analog pre-owner harmoniously, the price level does not fit to the quality neither the food nor the service. the bark tartar very rough, the portion seateufel carpaccio had to be searched on the teller. in principle too little seasoned. the best was the dessert. for a... We had the 3 course of the day and 4 courses from the fressle menue. in the fishing gears you can say that they were well prepared (even very good) but the fish was no longer glazed ... is in the summer but ewtl. also not so optimal the carnival had ne great olive herbal crust which has been excellently matched to black angus, with great jus and wonderful kartoffel monastic with great seasoned meat color. the little bite was already ne wucht zur dorade gabs besides nem fantastic couscous also ne perfectly cooked and filled zuccini blossom. in total you can say that the chef is a real master in punkto sweethearts, gartimes and sauces. the only way to criticize the restraint in relation to the seasoning - but this can also be part of the style of his kitchen, in which it is worth putting on the own taste of the products. the desserts were adapted to the respective menue and at the fässle menue absolutely top class. the service was with the exception of something, let's say blasphemed, well... but not the kitchen performance appropriate. for this the prices were also very moderate. with water and a bottle sancerre have paid €129.- for 2menues. we are happy to come back in any case!
Yesterday evening a wonderful dinner experienced! we know herr giboins his kitchen still from forest book and we were brightly excited that the quality and presentation of the foods did not leave a bit. menu and a la carte selection were hearty, wee recommended to the individual tellers harmoniously. it were wonderful 5 hours in friendly atmosphere and attentive service. thank you for coming back to the final!
The expectations were high, especially given the earlier michelin reviews of the last station of patrick giboin. the gourmet menu was solid boiled, but it offered little surprising. The seafood carpaccio perfeket thinly cut, however almost tasteless and unfortunately dominated by the lemon marinade. in the pocket cancer ragout were still the rest of the carcinoma that we had less liked. the gratined fjord trout cooked on the spot, only here the sauce dominated bisque and did not allow the fish to unfold its taste. really surprising, however, the paprikasorbet, wonderfully creamy and very fine in taste. we love such surprises. the rinderrücke excellent pink roughened, too green bohnen (just a lot), good at the garpunkt and in taste. the tiny griesknödel, on the other hand, was almost tasteless, in contrast to the sauce which was very aromatic. you can give up the cheese course, the selection is made by the kitchen and consists of well-known types. the dessert was a crowning conclusion when the portions were quite small compared to the main course. worth mentioning, the rosemary ziegeneis. the "feinen mignardises" to the espresso then disappointing again, dry little biscuits, no petit fours. 8 pieces for 5 persons. But, everything in all solid cooked, without great craftsmanship errors. to the star is still missing a piece. the portions are rather small in a gourmet way, so you should choose the large menu to get rich. that is not a bargain at €70.-, neither over. the service was very friendly and attentive, so on.
