just finished an 8-week hip and wellness class under the guidance of allison. thanks to allison and her team! the curs was great. I started with a painful hip and went to classes and exercises to do home, I have no more pain in my hips. not only is allison spot with her knowing, but she also made the classes fun! No napkins! Imagine a restaurant running out of napkins. Oh, but that 's not all. There was no toilet tissue in the bathrooms. Happily, there was some in stock. BUT worst of all was the coffee served in a clear class cup so heavy I had to use both hands to lift it.
