My partner and I had a very good dinner at 1741. we really enjoyed the food (just delicious and very creative) as well as the wines. staff is professional and helpful. The atmosphere is charming. I'll definitely recommend it! View all feedback.

Wife booked this place as a bro date for and old college friend and I while we happened to be in the same place Can't complain.
All the money is worth to go there and enjoy the gout experience :) very much to be recommended
Unbelievable! From the entrance of the restaurant, we are transported to another universe. Everything was perfect. We had a table of 7 people and we all took the service four times. Everything was great, flavors I had never tasted before. The two accompanying wines (for the agreement) were very well chosen! All small things more like mouth lovers, pre desserts, mignardises that are in addition to the 4 times have also been very appreciated and equally delicious! Despite the fact that I am not accustomed to this kind of positioning, the staff was very friendly, very pleasant and accompanied us very well throughout the meal! A unique experience that I hope to do next! A restaurant I would advise all my friends!
Old house (including the name of the place) and full of charm offering creative and delicious cuisine and impeccable service. The concept is a surprise menu, from 4 to 9 services, depending on the arrivals of raw materials and inspirations of the chef, who can change each week and even every day. We were on Saturday night and chose the variant in 9 services. We were not disappointed, on the contrary. The menu was wonderfully composed, the logical thread of the very well brought dishes and a beautiful creativity. We spent the day tasting wines at the wine fair in Strasbourg and we did not necessarily expect to drink with the meal, but when we finally decided to do so, we were well advised. Beautiful coordination for the service that was very professional and user-friendly at once. We appreciated the very clear explanations of the servers for each dish (especially as we didn't know what we were going to eat before we saw it). In short, we were delighted by the evening spent at 1741 which, in our view, deserves more than widely its star and could pretend to glean for a second... who knows? Thank you, we'll be back...
