For a pub that's owned by the k club and steeped in history, it's pretty dour. The lounge is slightly better that the bar but not by much. I remember this place when it was with the previous owner. There were old school tables as bar tables. It's only slightly better since then. They have done since work in the courtyard and given the outside a lick of pain. This is Ireland, and since it's a pub, I expected to find fish and chips on the menu, but they didn’t have any. However, the pizza was quite good.
Cozy pub with a great atmosphere, serving the perfect pint of Guinness and delicious pizza.

This charming old Irish pub serves a fantastic pint of Guinness and delicious Irish stew. I absolutely adore this place!
Guinness, Guinness, and even more Guinness, along with a few sambuca shots in between. Not great for my golf handicap...
