don't waste your time. Go to the morse farm. here at stowe maple, they don't allow people to look at their processing equipment and have a very small part of the sirup twisted away from the door. we said we had to wear a mask, so we went to morse farm, which has a much bigger plant and camp. they can actually go through the forests and see how the trees are taped.
