I have been visiting this Panera very often for years and thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness, friendliness and quality, but everything has changed for the worse!Now there are unprofessional people working here who I wouldn't let work on my cow farm either! The tables were dirty. but the main concern was we explained to give a bread that was chewable....
