As one of approx 500 RAGBRAI riders trying to sleep tonight at 1030 that are sadly within earshot of Malarkey, the extremely loud and obnoxious noise blasting from that place, since 1 pm this afternoon, makes it impossible to sleep for the ride tomorrow.
