It is unfortunate that Pentimento has permanently closed after 27 years in Stony Brook due to a lease dispute. This is very sad news.
It's a good thing that this restaurant is closing because the food was just average.
I'm disappointed to hear that this restaurant is closing. I had always wanted to go and I'm glad I got the chance to visit yesterday before it shuts down. The food was amazing! I particularly enjoyed the limoncello shrimp. I hope they are able to find a new location soon.
Best restaurant in Stony Brook. Gloria Rocchio should be removed from the WMHO board and Eagle realty for not renewing their lease.
