The employees are whining when ordering Matcha Latte. How unprofessional can you be? For info: this is not the first coffee fellow in which the employees are echauffing loudly about the preparation of their own product. If it's so bad to put some matcha in a milk, just take the product out of the offer, train the employees to behave in front of customers or simplify the process (e.g. by a machine).
