Went in at 8 pm and placed a to-go order of 2 medium veggie pizzas and 1 gluten free pizza. Took over 50 minutes to receive food after several kitchen incidents (dropped pizza, one made wrong). Gluten free pizza was missing ingredients and crust severely undercooked. Manager offered refund for that pizza. Would not go back. $100 worth of food and was not impressed. Tried the sampler platter. It was more than expected. It had wings, little ribs, wedges, garlic...
This restaurant brings backs many thoughts of my past...I will always come to enjoy a Michaels...
