Despite being on MLK(you know what people say about MLK street in any city) this play is clean, the workers are diligently doing their jobs and the KFC tasted like KFC should. Made an order utilizing the App. App gave me a notification that my order was ready for pickup. Showed up at counter and order was not ready. Employee stated working on it and maybe 10 more minute wait. Don 't know if there 's a disconnect because the time of day 4:15pm and on a payday friday, because App and counter service are not synced whatsoever. I give 2 stars because of this.
