I got some takeout the other week, called it in. The guy on the phone sounded a little snappish, but I ordered it fairly late at night, and I guess he just wanted to get out of there. Can't fault him, and he wasn't awful. Service in the store, likewise, was better. I ordered a pizza and they said I had the wrong location so they don't call my order in to the other store or transfer my call to them they expected me to hang up and call the other store after he already took my order?? you are the same company transfer my order don't put it on the customer have the incentive to help the customer out and do everything you can FOR them.
