The Dunblane offers a quintessential pub experience, characterized by a welcoming atmosphere, pleasant outdoor seating, and commendable food at reasonable prices. While many guests enjoyed the cozy interiors and friendly staff, others encountered lukewarm service and felt unwelcome, particularly when attempting to gather in larger groups. Despite mixed reviews on staff demeanor, the pub's charm shines through during quieter evenings or special occasions, like anniversary celebrations or local music events. Overall, visitors found reasons to recommend this venue, though some left hoping for improvements in service and hospitality.
What EilidhMac likes about The Dunblane:
3 starters, 4 mains, 2 coffees, 2 pints and 2 soft drinks for £60. The food was excellent. Service was under par but the lad was only on his 3rd shift and it was busy and hot, so he was still finding his feet. Many of the empty tables had not been cleared (but to be fair we've been to several other places over the last month who had the same issue I'd happily go again and have already recommended it to a friend.
