3 hours waiting for nothing. I called a first time to hear where the food was off and get to know 10-12min. 30min later I am called an accident on the road so that there will go further 10-12m. 40min. later (I think I have been very patient) I call to hear why the food is still not arrived and will know that it is cancelled. I think in advance that their delivery time is often long and often over time. I ordered for the last time from here.
