Hotel was clean and we had a great time but overall service was lousy. Restaurants took forever to take order and serve. Lines to check-in to hotel were slow and long. Only one staffer was working the CASHIER area. Had to get in the long line to cash slot tickets. No beverage carts. Definitely not a casino where they take care of the guest.
