What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
I always love Sonic, but they need to improve their customer service. There are usually too many people and I often see others getting their orders before me, even though I place my order first. I have had to wait 20 minutes or more without receiving my food or drink. Hopefully they can improve their service, otherwise I may not give them more than one star. View all feedback.
