Tonight we took a couple of special friends to Echo. We were seated at the windows which is always nice. What really made our meal nice wasn't that the food was fantastic but our server Darrell. Darrell made sure all of our food was cooked exact way we wanted it. One steak was a little underdone but he promptly took it to the kitchen and returned shortly with it at the perfect temperature. Very disappointing. The crab cakes tasted like imitation crab and was very wet. The server made us feel like he wanted us out of there as quick as possible. There was no mention that we were there for a birthday celebration even though I had written that down when I made the reservation on-line. Would definitely not recommend this place at all.
