This review is for the ramen. I ordered a spicy miso ramen with pork. Noodles were chewy. The slices of chashu were very thin and almost crispy. Very different from the soft thick chashu I am familiar with but it was alright. The broth was alright. Seemed to be missing something like many of the other ramen places I’ve tried in Rochester.
