I've been going to this fine establishment for almost 10 years. Every time I order the food has been fantastic and the service is phenomenal. Best sesame chicken in Rochester (ask for extra crispy if you want the crunch). If you're looking for a new friendly neighborhood Chinese takeout China Garden on Winton is the spot. I got the general tso’s with egg roll and pork fried rice and none of it tasted good. The chicken tasted incredibly hard and stale. The rice and egg roll didn’t have any flavor. Even with the low price the food was not worth it and I wish I spent a couple dollars more to go somewhere better. View all feedback.
