Caribou Coffee - St Paul

I've done it! I've reached a top restaurant reviewer, although I mainly reviews thrift and antique shops. But I certainly do enjoy a good Caribou treat. So a review must happen. The employees seem happy to be here, they said hello ?. When you are greeted with a hello I assume the employees are well fed and watered. I do hope you are treated well. What Keith Marks doesn't like about Caribou Coffee:
This small restaurant is fantastic. However, for the past month, my drink has consistently had coffee grounds in it, which is unacceptable. Today, it happened yet again. I know that mistakes can happen, but it shouldn't be a daily occurrence, especially for a chain like Caribou or Starbucks.
