I waited about two minutes to buy some sweets while the lovely lady attended to a family. When I tried to pay her, she told me there was no need to pay just for waiting. On top of that, the sweets were the best I had during my entire week in Cornwall. I would give it 5 stars for the excellent service and the delicious sweets.
