I placed an order on a food delivery app. Firstly, my order arrived without a straw. I ordered chicken nuggets which were served without any sauce. I paid extra for an oreo shake, but it was not filled to the top. Additionally, my sandwich was soggy. Overall, the experience was disappointing and frustrating. View all feedback.
