This is the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Not only did they take a long time, but they also threw all my food in the bag and messed up my order. I requested a 5-layer burrito with easy on the beans, but it was only meat. I asked for a hardshell taco, but when I bit into it, the shell was softer than a tortilla, it seemed old.
