The food at this restaurant is delicious, especially the steaks. The service is good, with attentive and helpful staff. The clientele tends to be older, like us, and some of them were even wearing sports T-shirts from the nearby Little Switzerland hotel. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for 19 years, I was disappointed by the lack of proper response to our concerns. The manager did not seem bothered by the fact that our experience had been disrupted, as he was seen chatting with other employees in the kitchen area.
