Through the drive on the 10-11-2022, about 4pm, ordered number one combo and a number four kombi a large chili and a small chili had none of the combos in the bag, or straws for the drinks. I didn't notice until we were down the street at the light. we immediately turned around, I went to the lobby and let the opponent know what the problem was I overheard that fried chef say if it is not on board, I don't cook! the opponent went to the hairdressing station and brought me two middle pommes ice cold! I asked to be cooked fresh, the fry chef at this point said something I was sure was 't nice and went away from the fry station wefusing to make my order right. I asked the opposite person (the name was casper and very embarrassing and tried to make everything right! I asked him what the name of the cook was that he said they don't wear name tags and I couldn't get the name of the person. unacceptable behavior for a restaurant and its employees! the load had fat on each surface, and food waste on the counter? do not recommend this device!
