I waited 25 minutes for a mobile order, and there was only one item in the entire bag. They could have packed it themselves! This is unacceptable, especially considering they have a full staff and still can't get it right. View all feedback.
This Wendy's is the funny-mot-funny redheaded step child of Wendy's. Y'all forgot you still had a sign up or something. Regularly closed. Constantly understaffed. It is a Wendy's, so if you must, then you must. But I'd literally pass on this one, and after your 17 minute wait in the drive through, you probably will too. 0/5. Pull the franchise or fix it.
Do I have to give them any stars? Pulledmup to the speaker and sat there for 5 minutes said hello several times, no response. Drove to the window and saw the people standing at the register right next to me and waited another 4 minutes before they opened the window and said I'm going to have to wait and closed it before I could respond. Call the number on the window and got a answering machine that you couldn't leave a message for that said call back m-f 8 to 5. I mean apparently the office doesn't even care to hear complaints if they don't happen during regular hours.

Today at 9:30 PM, I went through the drive-thru, and the woman at the window immediately told me that their system was down. I could tell she was being dishonest. When I called her out on it, she insisted that the system wasn't actually down. I wasn't trying to be rude, but I was tired and hungry and felt she was not being truthful. The lights were off inside the restaurant, but I noticed that they are supposed to be open until 11 PM on Thursday nights.
Does not even deserve 1 star! this place was so dirty and so we are there the workers! I threw the 20.00 bag of burgers and drove right in the müll! the lady room couldn't even use because it was so rough! this place shouldn't be open! totally disgusting! worst place ever!
