### Dining Experience at Local Restaurant: A Mixed Bag The restaurant boasts fantastic food, particularly the moist original recipe chicken breast, but service and cleanliness leave much to be desired. Many patrons report issues with incomplete orders and unprofessional staff attitudes, detracting from the overall experience. While some appreciate the humor and professionalism of certain employees, others highlight rude interactions and long wait times. Concerns about hygiene practices also emerge, particularly regarding glove usage in food handling. Overall, while the culinary offerings have potential, significant improvements in service, order accuracy, and cleanliness are necessary to enhance customer satisfaction.
The original recipe chicken breast was very moist and delicious. However, I wasn't too fond of the wing and drumstick, as they were a bit dry. Additionally, the popcorn chicken didn't have much flavor, so I won't be ordering that again. Overall, it was dry and a bit too salty. I'm giving it four stars because the chicken breast was excellent and the staff was friendly. Just a heads-up: to access the restroom, you'll need to ask an employee for entry. Even if the sign says "vacant," the door will be locked to prevent vandalism.
I put a star because I have to, in order to write my review. . Place is disgustingly dirty. My 4 piece order of chicken had feathers on all 4 wings and refried and dried out. ????. Soda was flat n tasted like the dispensers needed to be cleaned ordisposed of. Everything went into the garbage. $21.95. Place needs to closed down or different management. NASTY. I now I'mgoing be sick ????.
I asked for less Nashville this is what they give me . And got mad at me for wanting them to fix it . They Started giving me attitude and was very rude the whole time . After they couldn’t fix it they offered a full refund and told me to go somewhere else then . This was at 9:00 pm Friday feb 18 . The man taking the order with the Glasses didn’t listen to me when I was telling him my order at all . The women in the window with the 978 tattoo on arm was very rude and unprofessional as well as the other women in Blue shirt . I called the store ten minutes later to get corporate number and they gave me a fake number , and the manager over the phone was very rude didn’t wanna give me her name and she hung up in my face .
To make matters worse, I noticed that the staff member was preparing food for a customer without wearing gloves, and she even touched her face and hair during the process. The customer was so disgusted that he requested a refund! If I had known that I needed to make a purchase to use the restroom, I would have gladly done so, but her attitude was completely unacceptable. I had planned to grab some chicken after work, but from now on, I will be opting for Popeyes down the street instead.
I visited this restaurant around 6 p.m. and observed a staff member wearing gloves; however, she frequently touched her hair and adjusted her hat before handling the chicken and other food items. The service was surprisingly slow, leading me to leave before I could order. They definitely need to enhance their glove-changing practices. Thank you.
