Despite the unkind remarks from patrons, they persevere with excellent service and maintain smiles on their faces. Each customer receives courteous and efficient service. I would rate this place zero stars. They completely disregard your order and just serve whatever they assume you want. The noise level in the mornings makes it hard to focus on our requests. Even my simplest order—a medium pumpkin spice iced signature latte—was messed up; they gave me a regular iced coffee instead. When they do remember the whipped cream, they forget the toppings. 0 star for this location. They do NOT listen to your order and gives you whatever their mind tells them you want. Too much chatter in the mornings to concentrate on our orders.The most simple order I make in the mornings…. Medium pumpkin spice iced signature latte…. Phesh…. First it’s regular iced coffee…. When they do put the whipped cream…there is no toppings. Today was my darn last day at that location
Horrible staff, hash browns were not fully cooked. Saw them swat flies as preparing my food. Very unprofessional. But wraps were mid, at best.
I want to stress once more how important it is to always serve fresh coffee.
