I had a bad experience there I asked about a waking wrap and not boil my speck because I went to another dunkin and my speck was not done so I asked her to cook it, but did not burn it and they give me a burned waking wrap so I took it back and she gave me another 1 with old burned speck I just threw it away.. by the way the coffee was good
Good for a quick pick me up. Use the walk-in, it's faster and you can burn off some donut calories.Staff is friendly and courteous. Got some gift certificates for the holidays and they provided envelopes for all the cards. Above and beyond!
Previously had mostly positive experiences here, but today my latte was made with spoiled milk. Definitely will not be coming back.
There was a picture of a mouse climbing on the doughnuts clearly at this location which has steered us clear of this location. This location was right in between mine and my parents house, so we would frequent it when we would visit myparents. The staff is normally friendly but we've had weird encounters with a particular staff member there with dreads. He wasrude on the speaker and then rude at the window. We didn't say anything or be anything other than friendly despite this. Whenwe kindly asked for the straws he forgot, he literally threw them out the window at us and then shut the window and stormedoff. Outside of that employee, our orders are regularly messed up. Like straight menu items with no adjustments. Very oftenemployees have no idea what the item you ordered off their menu is and then what you get is their best guess. It's veryfrustrating.
My friend and I stopped at Dunkin to get coffee on our way out of Springfield. We didn?t get a chance to drink any of it till we got on 72. At that time we found out that the Cubs would not seal correctly because they were dented. Therefore we ended up withcoffee all over the front of our shirts. I?m glad I?m back in Muncie Indiana where are Dunkin treats is a lot better
